DESCRIPTION
1. Automatic assembly welding machine with vibration plate is composed of machine rack, vibration feeder and controller.
2. Around the vibration feeder, there are first feeding position, second feeding position, welding positon and discharging position.
3. Feeding devices are equipped on the first and second feeding position.
4. Upper welding device and lower welding device is set on the welding position whileth discharge device and discharge chute is set on the discharge position.
5. Use the controller to control the actions of first and second feeding device, upper and lower device and dicharging device.
6. This machine is equipped with automatic detection, compensation function which cna effectively prevent the abnormal situation like loose welding or cold joint.
7. Multiple detection sensors will give alarm when there is no material, or when the pressure is too high or too low, or when there is no cooling water.
8. This function can assure the welding quality and help to achieve full automation.
